Fairbanks Court Assisted Living is warm, intimate, and inviting—so much so, families often say it feels like a country home tucked into the heart of Houston.
We’re one of a select number of small, fully licensed facilities inside Houston city limits, certified for Alzheimer’s care and inspected as both a Type-B Assisted Living Facility and a Food Service Establishment.
Our intentionally small size—just 16 beds—lets us provide truly personalized care. We offer a mix of private and semi-private rooms and a level of comfort that fosters connection while preserving privacy and dignity.

Meet the Gobers
David and Kate Gober are the owners and directors of Fairbanks Court Assisted Living. As parents of three boys (Kellen, Landry, and Barrett) and active members of their church community, the Gobers have built Fairbanks Court to reflect the kind of home they’d want for their own family.
They are hands-on in the daily operation of the community and committed to creating a space that values people over process, relationships over routine, and dignity over efficiency. Their leadership reflects a heartfelt belief that aging should never mean being forgotten.
