Staff Ratio
We maintain a daytime staff ratio of no less than one caregiver for every five residents – significantly better than the industry average. This ensures residents receive higher attention to detail, faster response times, and meaningful one-on-one engagement throughout the day.

Food quality is an important component in overall Quality of Life. At Fairbanks Court, we provide a creative variety of home cooked meals, snacks, and treats and readily accomodate individual dietary needs, restrictions, preferences, and suggestions to nourish body and spirit alike.
Housekeeping and Laundry
We are proud to treat our home like yours – with care, consistency, and respect. All housekeeping and laundry services are handled in-house by our team, ensuring residents live in a fresh, clean, and comfortable environment at no additional cost.
24/7 Supervision
True peace of mind comes from knowing care is always present. At Fairbanks Court, we provide around-the-clock supervision by awake, engaged, caregivers who are trained in dementia support, fall prevention, continence care, and mobility assistance. Our team doesn’t just respond to needs – we anticipate them, ensuring residents receive consistent, compassionate attention no matter the hour.
Call System
Our safety alert system combines both passive and active technologies. Residents can use call buttons when they need assistance, and for those unable or unwilling to do so, our system includes discreet motion sensors, bed pads, and floor alerts to signal staff when help may be needed – always backed by our exceptional staff-to-resident ratio.
Medication Management
Medication safety is one of our top priorities and we get medications right. Our Registed Nurse works directly with healthcare providers to ensure accurate medication reconcilliation and carefully manages all schedules, procedures, instructions, dosages, and delivery protocols, so every resident receives their medication properly and on time.
Nursing Oversight
While Assisted Living communities do not provide direct medical services, it remains our responsibility to be attuned to the healthcare needs of our residents. A licensed Registered Nurse oversees medication administration, supervises staff training, and proactively evaluates changes in residents’ conditions and overall well-being.
Hopsice Guidance
At Fairbanks Court, we walk alongside families during life’s most tender and challenging moments. We honor the role of Hospice as a compassionate partner during the last days, offering guidance, education, and emotional support as families make difficult yet meaningful decisions. With deep experience and heartfelt presence, our team ensures that each resident’s final chapter is met with dignity, comfort, and grace – for both the individual and their loved ones.
Safety Focused
Resident safety and independence go hand in hand to maximize Quality of Life. We thoughtfully balance the two to preserve dignity while protecting well-being. From fall prevention to wandering alerts or other unsafe occurences, our attentive staff is trained and empowered to intervene when safety is at risk – while still honoring personal freedom. Most importantly, our lower staff-to-resident ratio improves the safety and quality of care for our residents.
