Rates

At Fairbanks Court Assisted Living, our rates are very simple, highly competitive, and completely transparent.  Most senior citizens live on a budget, so our rates are all-inclusive and locked in for life - they will never go up once you move in!  While other assisted livings like to show low monthly fees then charge à la carte for providing services such as dispensing meds, that is not the case at Fairbanks Assisted Living.  The only time that an additional fee will be required is for our residents needing special attention.  In this instance, an Advanced Care Fee may be required.
